POLICIES

Appointments

During the initial visit, we will thoroughly review your past and current mental and physical health, and I will then give you my assessment and recommendations for treatment.

Follow-up visits will be either 20-minute or 50-minute sessions depending on the treatment plan. Single consultations or second opinions typically take two hours or more.

Health Insurance

Although I do not accept insurance, my professional services are typically reimbursable by health plans that offer out-of-network coverage.

I will supply you with bills, diagnoses, and any information required by your plan in order to maximize your reimbursement.

This policy protects the course and privacy of your psychiatric care from third-party influence.

Payment of Fees

Fees are due at time of service and can by paid by check or cash.

Missed Appointments &
Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, I ask that you give 48 hours advance notice (weekends and holidays excluded). Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a cancellation fee.
